RULES:

1.                  This is a semi glitz pageant.  Hair pieces, nails, teeth, fake eyelashes, tans, etc. will be           allowed. Please be advised that we are not looking for BIG pageant hair. 
If judges can tell that you are wearing a hair piece or flipper, points will be deducted.

2.                  OOC can be either custom made or off the rack.  Judges will be instructed to judge on        how the outfit looks on the contestant, not how much you paid for the outfit. 
PLEASE REMEMBER THIS!!!

3.                  No Prom modeling.  You may do casual wear routines by no pro am moves, taking off       jackets, skirts, etc.  NO stage tricks.  Keep it simple.

4.                  The judging for this pageant will be 1-50 Facial Beauty, 1-30 Personality and 1-20 Overall   personality.

5.                  We will have a line up to judge just optionals.

6.                  We are looking for a well put together contestant with loads of personality.

7.                  Score sheets will be available for pick up with your photogenic picture after the pageant.  You will be asked to sign off on these once you receive them.

8.                  Everyone must be on time for competition. If you are late, you will be deduct 3 points by each judge and the time you arrive will be documented. 
NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE so please be on time.
H/M vendors are welcome.  If you would like to be added to the list please let me know.

9.                  There will be a dressing room H/M room available for your use but everyone is                     encouraged to get ready in their rooms.

10.              Ties will be broken by highest combined facial beauty score, then personality and then        overall appearance.

11.              We must have 25 contestants to award the bonds

12.              Photos must have name and age division listed on the back.  Limit one photo per                   contestant. Additional photos will be charged $10 per photo.
