The Company

ContingentCargo.Com is managed by Authorities Direct, a processing company based in Knoxville, TN servicing truckers and brokers throughout the United States and Canada. ContingentCargo.com was founded by Josh Hancock, a licensed truck insurance agent and specialist in insuring freight brokers, freight forwarders, and trucking companies nationwide. In addition, Josh has authored several publications to the transportation industry and currently serves as President and consultant for Hancock & Associates, Inc, an insurance agency located in Knoxville, TN. as well as operations manager/officer for Authorities Direct ICC Processing Center.
